    Presentation Description:

It’s common for Human Resources to be viewed as the “dumping ground” for employee issues in an organization, leaving HR professionals stuck, straddled with the responsibility for solving issues outside of their direct control.  This interactive session will provide strategies for HR professionals to begin creating a culture of accountability in the workplace.

    Objectives

    • Explore the role that Human Resources plays in culture change.
    • Utilize strategic tools to get “un-stuck” in common leadership challenges.
    • Develop skills to deal with resistance, create movement, and drive accountability with employees and leaders.
    •
