    Presentation Description:

Mission Driven Culture centers on finding happiness in the workplace through acts of service.  Kwik Trip’s co-workers find satisfaction in a mission that goes beyond profits or a paycheck.

Steve Wrobel is thankful to say that he has been a Kwik Trip co-worker for 18 years!  It hasn’t always been that way.  His first career was in education where he served as principal and teacher at schools in Wisconsin, California, and Minnesota.  After years devoted to guiding elementary and middle school-aged kids, he decided to go a different direction.

Moving back to La Crosse, WI where he grew up, Steve applied for – and was hired for – a store leader position.  One day, his District Leader visited the store and suggested that he apply for an opening in the Kwik Trip training department.  In the training department, Steve was able to use his background in education to develop and conduct topics on leadership, culture, and customer service.  This position has developed into his current role in Corporate Communications for Kwik Trip.

Steve has a kind and talented wife, Beth; four children; and a Sheltie dog, Amos, at home in Holmen, WI.

This is a FREE event for all that attend.
